I had ordered three shoes of same size on 6th of may 2018 .its 5 days now but yet i dnt have any notification regarding shipping of my order ...i tried various ways to contact streetstylestore team but they are so irresponsible that they dnt even reply back, they never pick up calls from customers. i hadn't checked the reviews before shopping and also paid them before receiving the goods for fast delivery.but what i got to know till date is that this site is totally fraud. they didn't provide any kind of contact no. so that customers cant even contact them...either i want my order or i want full refund... May 11, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved i had ordered 3 pair of shoes on dated 6th may 2018 with order id #2213881 .its 11th may 2018 today and i m having no information regarding my order whether it has been shipped or not even..i had tried all possible ways to contact them but i couldn't reach them.they didn't pickup calls they didnt reply emails they are just hell...such a fake site i got ...i hadnt checked the reviews before shopping from this site...please guys if you are about to shop from them please dnt they are fraud...they will accept the payment and after then they will just vanished...i either want my order or i want my money back Street Style Store customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 12, 2018 Street Style Store Customer Care's response Hi, Apologies for the inconvenience !! This cancellation was due to some operational problem on our end . We have initiated your refund request to the accounts department. It will take "5-7" days for the refund to complete. Hope this will be not our last conversation and you will order with us once again.And we assure you, we will go extra mile to give you best of services. Its just that we got unlucky this time. Order ID 2235324 I have ordered on 21 May and it has been 8 of June that I haven't received meh order nor I got any information regarding my order . So I request u to plz update about meh oder to me and if possible plz I need ur valid contact no. Plz help me out n deliver meh courier as fast as possible bcoz meh birthday is coming 🙏
