This is regarding my order number #3287202 I placed this order on 19th january 2020. It's been more than 22 days now and still there is no information from their side. Whenever i post a query asking about the status they just say that order will be dispatched soon and they give no additional information. I need to know when it will be delivered. Because in your site you have posted that it takes 6-21 days and now it's been more than 21 days. Or if you can't deliver the product, initiate a refund. Don't try to fool people. Order No. 3328952 Was placed on 16 Feb 2020. The team has not delivered it yet. And I’ve raised multiple queries about the status of this order but the team closes it without any response.
Neither they respond to the calls nor to your queries.
Have my product delivered or refund the amount.
