[Resolved]  Street Style Store — non delivery of order#2169367

I had placed an order on 4th april 2018 and have not yet received my delivery. There is no customer care service available nor any person to contact to ask about my delivery. I have already paid the bloody amount for the package and till today i have not got any update, i got a mail that it's been shipped last month itself. What kind of service is this? Don't you people care after receiving money? I'm an advocate and i will surely take this to consumer forum and file fraud case if i don't get my package by this week.

I have ordered the same products by COD, you better refund the amount paid or replace the order with other products. I have waited too long for the order, and because I had the urgency to order the same products early I ordered again for COD, so I don't want the same products again, so better refund or replace.

I placed my order on 22nd April'18. But till now, I haven't heard anything about. And I have raised my complaint already.. No response till date. I have bloody made my payment too.. I need my products or cash needs to be refund, if not I will this consumer court and will file fraud case against the company. I no, there are many customers are been cheated. Bloody.. I need an action at the earliest. I'm a journalist, I no to take this issue to the next level.

This cancellation was due to some operational problem on our end . We have initiated your refund request to the accounts department. It will take "5-7" days for the refund to complete.

Hope this will be not our last conversation and you will order with us once again.And we assure you, we will go extra mile to give you best of services. Its just that we got unlucky this time.

I ordered a pair of boots on 26th of April, I want it before 15th of May.I even sent them a mail but there wasn't any reply from their part.Tracking shows that the order has been shipped but it's still not delivered. I haven't even got any mail about the delivery date.
