Received my product 5/5/2017
Replace product date 7/5/2017
Mail sent date 12/5/2017
Today 18/5/2017 but I am not getting my product replaced.
We opt for online shopping so that we can save time. But here, we have to continuously chase them to get updates. I am very disappointed with the delayed services...I have already call your customer care she says within a eek we have your product returned & shipped another but no body comes to exchange my product

We would request you to please send back to us your shipment yourself and collect the receiving of the shipment from the courier company, and same send the snapshot of the receiving slip then we will provide you credit note of Rs 200 courier charges.
