[Resolved] Street Style Store — not giving product under the scheme mentioned | |||||
I ordered three pair of footwear from the website street style store under the scheme buy 3 at 999, it was stated that ill get my product within 22 days. I got my product very late i placed the order on 2nd may but got it delivered on 17 june, even after constantly reminding them to send my order. When i received my order i was really disappointed from 2 products out of three, still i lodged the complain only about 1 pair, the website has no proper way of communication, i kept trying to get in touch with them via the number that have on their website but the number never worked. It was really hard for me to contact them. Lately i got a call from their website they asked me to refund the money in my website account but as i was really disappointed with the product and the unprofessional way of the website i clearly stated that i want my money back in my bank account though they don't have the policy of transferring money to the bank account still the guy who called me on behalf of the company agreed and sent me the mail asking me to share my bank details, i reverted on the mail with my details, still they refunded me the amount in my website account (The account i have on their website). I overlooked this fact and thought to order another pair from the website using the money they have deposited in my account i. E. 349. They told me i can use it to shop from the website in future. As i ordered my footwear previously under the scheme 3 for 999, out of which 1 i returned, i want to get the other pair in the same amount because the websites says 3 footwear in 999 and i got only 2 pairs, one pair had defeat which means they should sends me the new pair under the same scheme, but as i tried ordering my new pair i noticed that they are charging me on the mrp. To discuss the issue i tried reaching them via call but as stated whenever i call i m notified that the service isn't available at the moment try again later. Also i texted them on their website help corner, i didn't get any revert. I want that either the company should return me my money in my bank account or send me the new pair of footwear i choose under the scheme price without asking me extra charges. I m attaching the picture of the product showing how much it varied from the one shown on the website, one picture in which they are asking me to pay extra for the new pair. Very clearly stating that the new pair of footwear i am willing to order are shown on the website under the same scheme 3 for 999. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Nov 4, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved After I registered my complaint I got a call from the company the very next day. They apologized for the inconvenience caused and assured me to send the selected item in the scheme mentioned. Also as promised by the Company I got my product delivered within 7 days. Street Style Store customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. We would like to inform you that as per our telephonic conversation, please share the name of the products and their sizes under Rs 499 so that we can check the availability of the products and place the order from our end by using the credit voucher.
