[Resolved] Street Style Store — Not received exchange product | |
I placed order #3510963 on 7th August and received the product on 18th August only to find that they were of wrong size. I placed an exchange and the parcel was picked up from my home the next day and was delivered to the Street style store warehouse on 28th august. Tracking id of the return[protected]Delhivery). Now the customer care is saying that my parcel was not received at warehouse while on the delhivery site it shows delivered.
