They sent me an old bag
The bag was very dirty nd old
They don’t answer query md no one responds on the customer care service. I have called them many times but the number they have provided on the site is never reachable

Either they should return me my money or they should send me a new bag

I request you to inquire the matter as soon as possible and please take a strict action against them.
