Exchange for an item was requested on 14th June, 2022, and it was picked up to be exchanged on 18th June, 2022, but the new item has still not been delivered. The status simply shows 'Order Split' since the other item to be exchanged was delivered, but this product is still not shipped and there is no way to track the time, when it was initially told that picked up product will be exchanged within 7-10 days. It has been more than 10 days and still no change in status of the order. I have already made the payment, please send me the product.
I am attaching images as proof. Please deliver my product.
