[Resolved] Street Style Store — order not delivered and no information available | |||
Hello, I placed an order id 1897269 from street style store which is 3 pair of footwear on 14-nov-2017. The status on my order showed a delivery date of 05-dec-2017. However, my order wasn’t delivered in the said date and no tracking status is available still. The website claims to deliver orders in 3-21 days however it has crossed that and still no information is made available. I have raised several tickets with the website but they have closed all of them with no information. This is ridiculous. I want to know a confirmed date of delivery along with dispatxh details. However, we are a start up and have got our own manufacturing so, we are struggling in terms of production and delivery. We are working on this feedback already and hopefully, it will be sorted out soon. I have already been waiting for a month now for my products to be delivered and yet again you are asking me to wait for them. Please give me a confirmed delivery date or let me know the procedure of refund. Considering your services I don’t know how many years you’ll might take for refund. This is pathetic customer service. You have already failed to delivered at your promised 3-21 days and this needs to be compensated from your end.
Please reply with a confirmed delivery date or refund procedure. I am not interested in anything else.
