I placed an order on 18 november 2018 and that was done via online payment and its been 1 month but till now i have not received any information regarding my order not even tracking details.
Tried to contact your support team, raised queries too nobody responded.
If you don't have products in stock then reply back your customers rather than making them wait for couple of months.
If someone order pair of winter shoes then do you guys will deliver them in summers???
Does it really make sense?
I am literally fed up with your poor service, would request you cancel my order and generate refund for the same. I have paid 1099 for this useless order. Please generate refund asap Was this information helpful? |
