Order id #2964109 I ordered 4 footwears out of which the quality of one product is very poor and pathetic. That is sweetest ankle strap flat - size : 39 I want to change the same. Kindly contact as soon as possible i want replacement or refund for the same. Kindly arrange the pickup for same and contact me on my registered mobile number. We would like to inform you that as per our telephonic conversation, we arrange the pickup of the product in order #2964109. The pick-up will take "2-3" working days once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, the replacement order will be made as per your selection you made while you initiated the exchange. Please mark this case as "Resolved" if you find that the query is resolved from our end.
