[Resolved] Street Style Store — poor shoe fit and exchange service

My order id is: 1829812
I ordered an item "cozy meets chic flat" footwear. However, it does not fit me properly. The shoe size is correct but the ankle strap is not. It is way loose and the only thing that can hold my foot is that ankle strap but unfortunately it is not correct as per my foot size. My foot keeps on slipping through it.
And i am unable to find any source through which i could contact them and inform them about the issue i'm facing.
Sss please fix the item. I had to place an exchange for this item so that you can provide me another piece which fits perfectly. Else the product is a complete waste for me and i'm never buying anything else from your website nor am i gonna refer to anyone.

They contacted me and we discussed the issue. They replaced the defective footwear with another and credited me the amount for the footwears I didn't keep as vouchers on my SSS account.

However, you didn't reply back to me for my queries that I had.
Also, the phone number through which I got a call is switched off.
