[Resolved] Street Style Store — product not delivered after almost 2 months | |
I ordered a pair of shoes on the 15th of november and i haven't received my package till date. I read on their website that it may take 15 to 21 days to deliver, so i waited, but they have not been delivered till now and i have no idea where my package is. On top of all this they don't provide cash on delivery and the money is not refundable. I have emailed them a couple of times and they have replied saying that they have marked my package as a "priority dispatch". But are their buyers really their priority, considering bad their customer service is? Was this information helpful? | |
