[Resolved] Street Style Store — product not delivered its been 3 months

I have ordered two pair of shoes (One flats and one shoes) on 2nd august 2017 till today i have not received any information on the status of my order regarding dispatching. I have raised around four tickets and today on one of the ticket there was automatic reply that your order is delivered to you. How can they update false information, poor management,
My order ref number is 1692960.

Its been three months product is still not delivered.
They will close the ticket by marking the order as priority dispatch. But nothing is happeing after that. Its been three months. I have chased them many times.
