I ordered a pair of high heeled shoes, from sss. It was a closed pair, with a black velvety look. It's very uncomfortable to wear, the heels are wobbly and the velvet looks dull. It looked very different in the online picture. I want to return the product back in exchange for another product altogether. Sss does allow to exchange one product from another.
