[Resolved]  Street Style Store — received product different from what a lady from your store mentioned

I placed an order on november 2, 2017 and after a week i checked its status and it showed as missed then i again placed the order for a different product on november 12, 2017 and on i guess 17 november i received a call from one of the executives from your sss she informed that you will receive an order. I confirmed from her which is that order the one placed on november 2nd or the one placed on november 12. She said its the one placed on november 2 and so when the person called me to deliver the product i took it and on opening it i found that it was the one placed on november 12. I am very unhappy with your people and also your services your product is very bad poor quality. I want a response to it immediately and the refund. This is not even worth of rs 200 n i paid rs 575

It's been way past a month since my order has been placed.. priority dispatch has been the order status for a while and I am still waiting for my products..

I returned my order for exchange as the size was not perfect but now I haven’t received my order yet. I am not at all happy with this late delivery or no delivery. Moreover i am not even getting any information about my order..
