[Resolved] Street Style Store — received wrong size product emailed 3 times no response

Hi team.

I placed an order:
Combo - chunky heel buckled lace up short boots with double leaf necklace - shoe size : 36 but i received size 35 i created the exchange the sda took the product back and did not deliver the correct size (I created the exchange for 42 size).
Chunky heel buckled lace up short boots black - shoe size : 35
This boot is too small i wanted to exchange this but size was not available and return option was not reflecting when the sda came to pick the other he took this product also with him and he did not provide any receipt. I have raised query thrice i have no clue what needs to done there is no response i want to exchange both the product if you guts cant exchange it please refund my amount and please call me on this number [protected] after 4pm
