I have not yet received my clothing items that i had ordered this month around 13 dec . Total 6 items i had ordered . I have no information regarding the status of my item whether it has been dispatched or not . I even tried calling customer care, but nobody answered my phone ..it was constantly going busy and i kept waiting but no response . I then finally received two items which were not my size so i requested exchange . Both of them got picked, for the shoes i have no information when will i receive the correct size and for the other item i had requested for credit note, i just want a refund instead of a credit note because size was not available for the second item . Im not satisfied with the fact that there is no refund option if there is no size available for exchange . Plus the item did not even look lik it was in photo . Such a scam .
