I prepaid for an order (Order reference xuaalafrn), (Order id 2481891) on oct 22nd. Today is 15th dec. I didn't receive my order nor did i receive any refund. On 4th dec i received an email that said that my order is cancelled and click on the link to claim refund. I clicked on the link it is redirecting me to the default homepage of the website but the option to claim refund is not there. I paid using paytm through cc avenue payment method. I raised multiple tickets, to which i received automated replies. There is no way to contact them. They are cheating a lot of customers this way. Please take suitable action against them. They are trying their level best to dispatch your order #2481891. Please be assured that once it is dispatched, you will receive a mail from our side. I want REFUND. And it is not upto you to say that " Refund is not your policy".Is it ok if i order something on cod and not pay and say that it is not my policy to pay money ? No right. I want you to give me refund and what way did you try to reach out to me. use my profile details to contact me. I will go to court if you dont give me refund. I ordered on 22nd Oct today is 18th Dec it is 57 days . if you were not able to deliver in this many days how can i believe that you will deliver in next few days? you just can't say we are trying etc . Give me my goddamn money. i will make sure that you face legal consequences if you dont. All types of frauds are punishable under the law Dec 18, 2018 Updated by PranaliMishra I am going to send the delivery guy back even if you attempt to deliver now, it is 57 days already, it is not upto you to decide to deliver whenever you want. i want refund to my original payment method not to your stupid credits system cause that would be your ways to make me wait for another 21 days. I finally got my refund. Street style store, i am never gonna order anything from your site and wont let any of my friends do that. This is the email sss.[protected]@gmail.com on which these guys even listen to your problem. To solve a issue raise a complaint here and also in consumerhelpline.gov.in and copy both the links and send to the this email sss.[protected]@gmail.com and also warn him that you will complain to cybercrime cell if they dont solve your issue. if they dont resolve your issue government of India will make sure that they end up in jail.
