[Resolved] Street Style Store — replacement and customer service issue

I initiated a replacement for size and another issue token since I received the wrong product. Since these are 2 separate tokens can I return them both at the same time ??. I have been trying to contact you on the given support number, but there's no response at all. This is such a fraud and scam. Very disappointed. Will never recommend or buy again from this store. Hope this issue is resolved and I get my money's worth.

My return was picked up and now there's the issue of not receiving my actual product or any confirmation mails for street style store about my package, the issue has not been resolved and I would strictly like refund of my money if I'm not receiving my package within the next week

We would like to inform you that as per our telephonic conversation, we have made your exchange order #2996890 for " Bow it well flats grey " and we arrange pickup for "Tulips on my garden ( Beige)" and it will take "2-3" working days once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, the replacement order will be made as per your selection.
