[Resolved] Street Style Store — Replacement of pair of shoes | |||||
I ordered two pair of shoes on 16/11/2016 it has been more than 2 months and I have received only one pair of shoes which is also not the pair of shoes I ordered so I requested for the replacement of the wrong pair of shoes.I received a mail from SSS ( screenshot attached ) for a pickup on 13/01/2017 by FedEx, but no-one has come for a pickup till date also when I went to FedEx office they are asking me for a awb number without which the refuse to pickup which SSS is suppose to provide me and I haven't received yet. This is my second complaint asking for the awb number. I want that awb number for the pickup and also my second pair of shoes. The time period for my waiting is beyond my limits and I am totally frustrated and harassed now Was this information helpful? | |||||
