[Resolved] Street Style Store — replacement order delayed

I had ordered a pair of black heels and the product i recieved was faulty and so i opted for replacement
The replacement order was approved by the store on 22/7/2017 and replied that i will recieve the replaced product.
But till date it has been 5 months and i have not received the product.
Everytime i cotact them through their website email they reply me that your order has been given high priority.

The company has provided me with the voucher of the same amount in my SSS account so I can purchase something else

Apologies !!

As per our telephonic conversation,

We have already issued you a credit note as your order went out of stock. The credit notes will be valid for one year. You can utilise the credit note to purchase some other product from our website.

The credit notes will be available under "MY VOUCHERS" section of your SSS account.

You have to apply this in the first step of the checkout process. You will have an option to input

the Voucher code. Please feed the code there and press OK button or press ENTER Key.
