[Resolved] Street Style Store — returned products. refund not initiated past a month.

The customer care executive promised a refund to me and asked me to return the products. The product was picked up within 2 days yet now the executives have stopped replying to mails and calls. The order status on the website shows as products received, yet no refund has been initiated past 20 days now.
Really sick and tired of this website. Please if somebody can help provide a number they can be reached at?

Sorry for the inconvenience cause and we lack in meeting your exception, kindly provide another chance to provide you better service.

Would like to inform that we are the self manufacturer and our
material used in product are import from other countries, sometimes
the order delay.

Would like to inform you that you have placed an order with us of few products and the order has split and delivered but We regret to inform you that one product in replacement order #1551565
has been cancelled as the products are not
under production due to unavoidable circumstances.

Therefore we had refunded towards your order.
