[Resolved] Street Style Store — shoes are not dispatched even after a month of order

I have ordered shoes from sss on 4th dec 2017 and it's more than a month now. The order is not even dispatched. It's the worst ever online shopping experience. What is taking so long to deliver just a shoe. Everyone order for some occasion, but no update on the order here. Either deliver the order asap or refund the amount.
