I have been trying to get in touch since the past 3 days since my order was delivered.
I would like to return the shoes as they do not fit me and no body is responding to me. I am aware that you guys do not have a return policy, however, i tried on the shoes and the back of the shoe hurts my feet and they do not fit right.
Please please get back to me, i know there is a 7 day period to inform, but it has already been 3 days and nobody has gotten back to me.
I am happy to exchange these 2 shoes with 2 boots of the correct size. I am not even asking for money back.

I do not want my money to go to a waste. These shoes do not even fit me, they will just be sitting unused. I am not asking for money back, simply a credit note would be fine. I can shop for shoes that actually fit me. There is no phone # provided for customer care, it is very hard to get in touch.

This is to inform you that as per our telephonic conversation, We have issued you the credit note for the same amount which you can use it for the further shop and it will be valid for next one year.

By today end of the day you will receive a mail with the credit voucher code.
