Hi i had ordered one yellow dress, one top and one brown vintage trouser from them, order i'd is https://streetstylestore.com/index.php?controller=order-detail&id_order=2611492. i had placed the order on jan 12th but till now i haven't received any information, neither any call. I have made a payment of 1000 and whenever i check they show delivery date of feb 2 but no tracking id or tracking number or any tracking details showing packed, or dispatched, moreover i tried contacting customer care, their number is never reachable, no feedback on my mail, same auto generated information, please help me to get my money back. Hi after my previous complain I got a call from some executive of street style store by name Himanshu, and said within 10 days they will dispatch and I got call on 4th Feb and its been 5 days I haven't got any mail or msg, I dropped a mail to Himanshu but he din reply either, I guess i have lost my money, pls help me to get refund
