Hi team Order number: pqrdxymmy I have placed a order for 2 shoes using my credit note (I had got a refund for previous order which was out of stock) but i couldn't use save 399 voucher. Verified Support Apr 09, 2018 Street Style Store Customer Care's response Hi, We regret we could not adjust the voucher as it was your prepaid order. We have therefore, have reissued you the voucher. Also, we have initiated your refund request to the accounts department. It will take "5-7" days for the refund to complete. Hope this will be not our last conversation and you will order with us once again.And we assure you, we will go extra mile to give you best of services. Its just that we got unlucky this time. It’s been a month I haven’t received my parcel It’s ridiculous you’ll better return my money or deliver my parcel asap . You’ll do such fancy marketing and this is the kind of service you’ll give . Pathetic . No contact number to complain pls shut the company
