[Resolved] Street Style Store — want to return and expecting credit

I have placed order and I got products 2 among them are really good but one item black wedges from order #2854453 the heel of wedges are too high so I want to return and order another one. But I can see only exchange option and there is no customer care service and all contact numbers are invalid also tried contacting through email but I didn't get response. Process return and am provide credit to place order again.

We would like to inform you that as per our telephonic conversation, we arrange the pickup of the product in order #2854453 the pick-up will take "2-3" working days once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, we will issue you the credit voucher and it will be reflect in your SSS wallet. And we have made your replacement order #2885793 and it will be deliver to you soon.

Updated by harika rapeti It's been more than a month regarding this issue and I can see only credit but where is my replacement order. I am raising requests daily but there is no response from you people no customer care number nothing. Provide either refund or send replacement item ASAP. Please contact me right now. This is going beyond and I can't keep on raising requests daily
