[Resolved] Street Style Store — wrong products sent

My order numbers 2138254 and 2138260, i received wrong products. It has been a month and the return pickup is still not initiated. No replies on the ticket opened as well. I am tired of opening new tickets all the time, so disappointed.
The sent me wrong colour products even after i mentioned them that it was gift for my best friend and it has been more than a month since the products were delivered. They assured me that the pick up will take place but it has still not happened. I have in total 3 shoes to return. They told me that i should send the shoes back on my expense and that they will not reimburse it.
I want them to pick up the shoes asap and refund me the money since will never buy from this website again

Worst service ever. Took 2 months to deliver a package and the service incharge was very ill mannered. It still not delivered. Never recommending this site to anyone. Worst people at your staff office.
