Street Vendors — High volume sound

Dear team,
We stay at vijayapuri colony, kothapet, Hyderabad. Here there is a huge noise and disturbance with street vendors. They are using high volume speakers to sell vegetables, fruits, flowers etc. Especially they are starting in morning hours, and disturbing our sleep. Even in weekends they are starting in the morning hours. Colony calmness is getting disturbed. Please look into this.
