Strhpo — I have not receive full order

I want to say that we have order the powerbank, pendrive and chip also but they have not provided the full order. So we have not recieve full order. So please my help me and i have return the these item powerbank and chip because we have recieve local powerbank and local chip. So i want return the these item. So please suggest me about this complaint.
