Strhpo — my products not working properly

I purchase samsung power bank combo with headphone or memory card but its not work properly so refunnd my balance. Powerbank is third class please refund my cash and courier service is also nod good i ordered 22/08/2017 and i receive product 09/09/2017. Please short out my problem fast. This site is fake. Product is not original and also not work properly.
