Stri Bhava — refund of mehenga choli

Dear sir / mam,

I have received product (Lehenga choli) from stri bhava site. It's different, rough & not same as shown so that i want to refund my money. I have tried many times to contact with stri bhava customer care no. & contact no. But still contact no is off & customer care no. Is not valid. Please help me out from this type of stuff.

I ordered a lehnga choli worth 1799 but stuff was very bad.After that I contacted, they told me to courier that product after that they would refund the money.when I done with courier then they didn't refund the money. Please block there site.
