Stri Bhava — worst quality saree different from the display delivered

I ordered a saree a week ago on Stri Bhava, worth Rs.1399. Not, only is the design way too different from what was displayed, but the quality is worst. It is not even worth Rs.100.
Kindly suggest what action to take against such fraudster.

I have received one Sari against my order ID as stated above having order date 09.10.2019 with grey colour while the choice was nearly pink colour.The mode of payment was COD for Rs. 1499/ including shipping charge of Rs.100. If possible the colour as per indent may kindly be changed.
