Stribhava — bad quality saree

I had ordered a black and white silk saree from stribhava site via their order no sh[protected] on 21.8.2019 (Itlc[protected]). But utter to my great dismay an extremely poor quality yellow artificial silk was delivered after i had paid 1199/-. I had contacted the site and mr paresh parmar spoke and gave me kishore bhai’s (Of aahir surat) no [protected]. He told me to courier the saree first to them. I had told him categorically to refund my money first and gave my bank details to mr paresh parmar.

I don’t want to lose my faith in online shopping as i have been shopping here for the last four years from a to z products.

Please help.
