Stribhava — fraud and fake company

I ordered a saree in stribhava on november 11th 2019 and i received a cheap and completely different saree with the same order number. The phone number provided for query ([protected]) is not even connected. This isn't fair to deal with a customer this is a complete fraud business. Going to file a complaint in the police station and also to the higher authorities to ban it.
