Stribhava — I have not received my order

I had placed 2 orders with orders no (#3978) for ₹ 969 and (#6222) for ₹ 869 payment for which has been already done via my debit card.
The site www.shopiiee.com says that items will be delivered within 8-9 days but my order which was placed on 13 th of nov still hasn't arrived.
