Stribhava — saree

I received a product from stribhava online clothing showroom on[protected] and the product is very bad. Also they have sent 2 sarees and taken the amount. Their website mentions about refund and replacement but their customer care is not responding. Kindly help me to get back the money

Kindly let me know what needs to be done when their customer care is not responding for refund or replacement. I also sincerely request you to hold this amount with expressbees courier service itself till they respond.
