I have made a purchase of two Lehengas from this website located in Surat https://stribhava.com/ Their office is located in B-30, SECOND FLOOR SHUBHAM INDUSTRIAL, SANIA HEMAD, SURAT - 395006 I received wrong products under ORDER #6538. Ideally, if you receive a wrong order, you call customer support and ask them either for a refund or exchange. The number given on the website is always switched off but mentioned in big and bold letters. They will only call you when you place an order for cash on delivery. You call the same number it is always engaged. I received a call from one other number [protected] the lady said her name is Nikita and asked me to courier the wrong dress materials. I did it. When I contacted her for the refund she never picked the call. I have sent several messages, there is no response either on WhatsApp nor on SMS. In the same Industrial Area, I found another shop no. From Justdial and requested that persona to check for the shop. This persona gave me the no. Of Mr VikramBhai No [protected]. He is also not answering my call. I know many stores and have been ordering from them but never had any problems as such. My refund amount is 3598/- which I saved from kitchen expenses to purchase lehenga for my daughter. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET BACK MY AMOUNT AND WARN THIS FRAUDULENT WEBSITE BUSINESS STRIBHAVA. I BEG YOU If you don't believe me call on all the numbers I shared and see if they answer the call.
