Student — forcing to pay extra fees to scholarship students

Siddhartha college (Sits) college located in narapally asking to pay extra fees 5000 in the name of common service fees for ou mba students. They are pressurising the student to pay the extra fees. My question is to ou what the action is going to take on that institution. Student who are joined under scholarship is not able to pay.
Pls take action as possible as fast we need to close such #

I am student of class 11 and i am passing in all subjects in final exam but my school is taking out average of the individual subject and says if the student is passing in average then only they will be promoting the student in class 12. Is this practice is correct or not according to the CBSE.

I Ankur Mehul Sarkar, Roll No.11811067, DOB 08/05/1999 scored 48 marks as per result declared today on 30.04, 2018. As per the keys released by CBSC on 27.04.2018, I scored 100 marks. As the final marks is much less than, I request to provide me answer key and copy of OMR sheet. In case I need to pay any amount for his, please inform me.
