Student — revaluation result new marks empty

Sir i was applied for revaluation for btech 4th semester civil engineering roll no - 3114476. Now result is announced. But only my old marks are shown new marks column is still empty. And i also tried to call on helpline no. But it seems useless
. Plz take attention towards my problems. Exams are in next month. I shall be thankful to you. Btech - civil, paper - math-3, semester - 4th, roll no. - 3114476.
