Once the EB power is cut on a day of monthly shut-down, the Su-Kam UPS we had installed is supporting for just 2-3 hours only. Later that the entire office electricity supply is getting interrupted for the rest of the day until the main power comes ON. Board problem

My Sukam to inverter model Falcon-eco not working.
When connecting power it's disconnecting power and low/over voltage and low battery LED glowing.
Without connecting AC power inverter working fine.

Sir I have installed two solar panel of capacity 260watts each on 19/4/17 .now one of them is not producing current
Plz either repair or replace the defective piece.

Sparking in the inverter

There is sparking in invertor and everything on invertor is not working

We are having one Sukam make Invertor of 1.4 KVA Digital inverter (24 Volt). The inverter was purchased in June 2011.

The inverter stopped working for the last 10-15 days.

Battery charging system is not working
as charging indicating point is not giving any blinking sign. Please let me know what to do, where to send the ups at katihar, Bihar.

My ups not charged my battery

I bought this inverter in 2019 from Biswanath chariali, Assam . When electricity is not there, inverter gives only 2-3hours of backup . We use only 2-3 fan .

It is continuously beeping and inverter light/fan points are not working. Whenever we switch off MAIN Power then it starts working . Contact Mobile No. [protected]
