Su-Kam Inverters — sukam solar brainy eco 1600/dc sine wave solar

Dear sir,
I am gharu kumar from jammu...
I have purchased a new sukam solar brainy eco 1600/dc sine wave solar on d-25-jul-2018. Unfortunately, in the month of oct., 2018 it stopped working. Inverter checked by local service centre and found that some power card/ plate has been burnt/ damaged. However, they repaired it and it started working.

But the inverter again stopped working in the month of january, 2019. I registered a complaint no. 95131c19070119 on[protected]. The local service centre assured me that problem would be solved within 48 hours after registration of complaint and also informed that some the same power card/ been damaged/ burnt.

Till date, even after more than 01 month of registering my complaint, the service engineer has not attended to resolve my problem. I have requested so many times to local service centre of sukam but didn’t get any response and now they don’t pick my phone calls. I am completely disappointed with sukam for the above reasons.

Now, i am going to file a case against the sukam because now fed up with this issue.

Being a responsible person of sukam, you are requested to kindly take the matter personally and solve the issue as soon as possible as my family is facing problem due to absence of this facility
