Subway — Inability to deliver correct order and unresponsiveness of the staff | |||||
I had placed an order via Zomato at 5:42 PM on 8th July, 2020 to a Subway restaurant near me (Order No.: [protected]). First of all, they failed to prepare the order on time and were very late. Secondly, they failed to ensure the delivery of the correct order as i was supposed to receive 7 cookies but only received three. This mistake could still have been ignored had the response of the Subway staff (Sanjay Pramanik) been better. Neither did he receive several of my calls nor did he revert back to me with an apology or an explanation of any kind. It was pretty clear that the entire fault is on Subway as the Zomato agent made the delivery as quickly as possible despite having to wait approximately an hour just for the Subway staff to get going. This kind of response from the staff is not appreciated at all especially in times like these. Late delivery, incorrect order, unresponsiveness-the Subway Staff is responsible for all three.
