Success Domain — Regarding the refund of inr 25000
Dear Sir / Madam
I Mrs. Naga Ratnam U. registered on Success Domain agency, and Temporary Enrollment Id : [protected], Pitampura, Delhi on Mon, Feb 2, 2015 at 2:58 PM for staff nurse visa processing to Singapore.As per the agency request i have paid INR 25000 for the processing.However, it has been more than two years over since the payment done, I have not received any offer letter or visa as they mentioned in the agreement.So, many times i called them for the refund but they are not cooperating and also they are not ready to pay the mentioned amount.As such, I send a refund requisition letter to them on Fri, Nov 4, 2016 at 3:29 PM which is duly signed by me.It is clearly mentioned in the receipt that the refund would be paid back if the agreement is not accomplished. I waited for more than 45 working days for the money but they failed miserably to fulfill it.My HR was Ananya ([protected]) but she never picked my phone and later i contacted directly to the agency through this number ([protected]) however the result was same.I send a lot of messages to Ananya's number .In my opinion Please don't trust this agency any more.Trust me i never gave them a wrong one.Iam totally disappointed about my processing through this agency and their behaviour.Please do the needful for me. I am Avinash Mishra, had register ( Rs 20000/- )with Mega Recruitment for Gulf Job with code that the had given is -

After 3 months when no action taken place by them, we had decide to cancel the registration and refund the money as they said, but after many follow up via phone and mail they call us to take cheque of Rs 17000/-(COPY ATTACHED )
this cheque was post dated, Once we submitt the cheque the in my bank account he was bounced,
i had inform this to owner of Mega Recruiters Mr RAJ, he said his son got serious accident so give us one month we will surely return the money .
now no one is picking call, shut down their offices .
