We are from goyal metals, ludhiana and had transacted for 178 mt bitumen jey oil embossed on 23/11/17 with sufi international private limited, ahmedabad (Cin) u52399gj2011ptc067412 through the officer incharge marketing madam sameena khatri and mr mohamedfaruk z memon who is the owner.

Its registered address is b1-405, palladium, beside orchid woods flat corporate road, prahladnagar, makarba ahmedabad ahmedabad gj 380015 in
The company has perhaps changed its address now also.
The deal was confirmed and an earnest money of rs 4.00 lacs was transferred as per the requirement and requisition.
But they returned the same after few days as they told that they will get the payment again before delivering the material which is again recorded with us
But till date the transaction has not been completed and on one pretext or the another both the persons are avoiding all calls and messages. Market has gone up by rs 2-30 per kg and the owner and both these are cooking stories to avoid and evade the transaction.
Both of them came to us on 12/12/17 and assured that they will honour their commitment no matter the case be or the price be.
Mohamedfaruk z memon even assured in the presence of 2 other persons in the same business that he will compensate for the losses and price hike as the case may be, but now he is trying to cheat us also
It is a clear case of fraud and cheating as both of them have switched off their phones and not replying to messages and calls and mails.

As the whole issue which has been discussed has been recorded and the earlier mails also keeping in view the wrong and inappropriate behaviour has been kept - we will like to submit the same to the court during our legal proceedings which in case the company refuses to honour shall be initiated
Our representatives at ahmedabad tried to talk to them and they are not talking to them. And they have warned us of life threatening calls in case anybody goes to them which is also recorded with us
We are going to write on the matter to bitumen corporation of india as well as all other local vendors also on the matter as well as the local press in case farooq and madam sameena do not mend their ways.
A criminal case is to be filed against them also
