My husband dropped my mom on 28th May 2022 in Sugama bus, picked up from Goverdan Theatre at 10.30pm promissing that they will give front seat.. In online as front seats are not available we personally checked offlinr based on Mr.Shivaprasad confirmation we dropped her.. When i called mom at 12.00am came to know that they have put her in last seat.. My mom is 73 year old who has BP sugar back pain and she is heart patient.. He even charged 600 and didnt give bus ticket.. When we called and asked him about this he said seats are booked in the last minute so we gave seats to those passengers.. While discussing over call i came to know that this bus goes to Kaikamba... To this location only 2 Sugama bus goes were around 7pm when i checked bookings were already made by mens in this case how can conductor taken in passengers with wrong commitment atleast he would have called his agency to reconfirm on booking and arrnage the seats.. If he would have said incase of online booking in last moment we may have to change the seats my husband would have not left her in that bus.. The main purpose of going for offline booking is to get front seats as we were not getting through online..
