Sugar Cosmetics — Sugar smudge me not lipsticks

I have ordered sugar smudge me not lipsticks on 25th june 2021 and also got the same on 29th june. But i returned those on 1st July because of the shades of lipsticks and applied for a refund. Also they assured me to get the return in 3-5 working days but i did not get the refund till on 11th july. Please check the matter
