I ordered 2 combo kurtis from suitslabel.com website. I got confirmation about the order i had selected COD option the next day i did check for my tracking details i was not abe to see the picture of the product i ordered or there is no option to return or replace. I got the product today which is completely different and a cheap product. and i asked the person to take back and he denied and i had to pay for it. I again tried to place return and there is no option. And I got this number from google Suitslabel customer care number [protected] [protected] and tried calling. Rep spoke to me in Hindi and he did not want to hear about my concern and he just want my ban details. I had to end the call then. Was this information helpful? | |||||

This is Shilpa from Mumbai. I ordered dress combo kurti. I am surprised to see the delivery of cheap and different product that I actually ordered. They are into complete fraud. Tried reaching their helpline number and no one is picking the call

I ordered a combo of 2 kurtis with them.I paid rs 990/- to the courier man.The product which was shown and the product which i received is completely different.plz take action against them.they are cheating everyone.I tried calling on the number given on their site.the number is either busy or switched off.

I have ordered combo of Kurtis, but received
I ordered for two kurti’s on suits label and they provided two other kurti’s, completely different that are cheap and worthless and the size fitting will be 2 persons of mine.They informed refund policy is for 7days and they doesn’t have tab of Return and Refund on their website.The numbers and mails provided on their website are invalid and switched off.
