I had raised query for my computer repair in sulekha and this person came to my house. He told me that he works in kurla and stays in nalasopara. He was also wearing his company id card.       A lady called bishaka from park duggar said she has vacancy in her flat and her num[protected] i said i'm interested in the vacancy she said i need pay 2000 for blocking the room to visit the flat she didn't even return money after i said i will not be taking flat as it's not at all. Photos she uploaded is entirely different from reality. Please take action so that these kind of people will not cheat others in future. People who read this please be careful of some frauds.

        I am an makeup artist the sales person saraswati gave me promises like i will get leads from the next day of registration and one month passed till not got an single lead but monthly rental is getting detected without fail. Sales manager is just redirected to register complaints and support team said they will. Call back which never happened..in between one sales person called and asked me to upgrade to premium account so that i will get leads for 100%.. Which is again a fake promise. Sulekha business app is no way benifits us. Totally waste of time and money.

          I had got a call from sk electronics regarding my washing machine repair request. They asked me to not say yes to any other engineer for repair as they guaranteed visit by 12 and repair. No one visited till 12 and then stretched time to 4. I had to miss office because of them and the work got delayed and i had to call other engineers. Such people should be blacklisted as they lack service ethics. This is the first time i tried completely on sulekha and failed.

            I had given my laptop to akhilesh laptop repairing center patna. My acer laptop was having problem that only touch point working. Keyboard function was not working.
            I was assured by akhilesh laptop repairing center that it will be repaired. I had given my laptop for repair. Then i kept calling laptop technician for details but no response. Always phone switched off. Then after about 20 days later this guy called me that laptop couldn't be repaired and returned back my laptop in totally dead condition. I asked this guy that i had given you laptop in working condition but not w it is totalky dead. He said that it crashed and cannot be repaired. I requested him to give me in same condition as it was given. But he refused and behaved very arrogantly. I am so depressed with the service of akhilesh laptop repairing center that i am putting this complaint against him. I will not suggest anyone to trust this akhilesh laptop repairing center. This guy is fraud.

                Sulekha sales manager sujit reached out to me saying that you should go with sulekha leads generation programme and it deliver great quality leads, and claimed they are much better than justdial.

                He assured me 90 leads in a year and roughly every month around 7-8 leads will come and all will be genuine leads and not if there is a fake lead they will replace the lead. And he also offered free one year advertisement for our company.

                We started in nov 2017. And we got just 2 genuine leads in 4 months and rest all were fake leads probably generated by sulekha themselves, either those guys were looking for the job or their numbers were not working. Ultimately total flop show.

                Sujit their sales manager himself accepted that sulekha is bogus and he is also struggling there in the later period.

                Anyhow after 3 months i became restless and asked for money back and i wanted to end this nightmare with sulekha idiotic fraud system. They agreed that they will pay back and i asked them you can collect for the 2 genuine leads whatever right amount is as per calculation. And sujit told me that he will work it out.

                After lot of discussion they told they will pay just 14000 rs out of 23000 rs as they have paid gst and that can't be paid back to the customer. I didn't agree i was asking for 21000 because for 1 lead you can charge 500 rs but not really 4000 rs. But they disagreed but was ready to pay 14000 change.

                And after 1 month they sent me an email that they have transferred 10000 rs to my account and i told them i dont agree with this and i asked you were 14000 change then how come 10000 and they had no answer. So these frauds, didn't even honor their own agreements.

                I checked my account but i didnt find any 10000 rs so i asked them what happened on your transfer they said we stopped because you didn't agree and their email should have not written transferred and they informed me as if they have already done.

                Im after them for my money and i have absolutely nothing out from them until now.

                This is my first step now against them and now approaching consumer court with all evidences showing them the kind of fraud and cheating that sulekha.com does with their customers.

                      We have taken service from sulekha.com for our business (Projector on rent) first of all the person who come to take money from us has not given us the proper information like if we do not convert the lead in this case also our money get deduct from our wallet & in 3 months i have received only 1 proper lead and other are wrong lead like they required dj services or mike and speaker which we do not provide.

                      When i am calling them to complaint every time they give me false commitment that we will lodge a complaint but nothing happened.

                      I have asked for refund 2 days back and received a call from refund department but they convince me to wait for 1 week as saying they will give me proper lead but again today i received wrong lead (When i call customer she says that she required dj machine and app doesn't allow her to press next until she select projector).

                      Need urgent help and my full amount refund which i have paid as i don't want to continue with this worst service and never ever suggest your company for any service.

                        My wife was searching for a travel agent on Sulekha to book flight tickets. Anil Kumar (Radisson travels) registered on & verified by Sulekha.com contacted us. He gave us some flight options. We chose one option and he asked us to pay INR 24, 542 (25% of total ticket amount) to block and book tickets. He said the total flight fare would cost INR 98, 171 for the two o[censored]s, after discount. Since he was registered with Sulekha, we sent him INR 24, 542 (on 30th Sep 2019), and agreed to pay the rest by going to his shop directly. He sent us an e-ticket the next day, without any e-ticket number. When we checked the tickets online using the PNR, we got to know that the tickets were not confirmed.

                        My wife called him asking for a confirmed ticket. He said he would send us the confirmation soon, else he will refund our money. But he did not do either.

                        On calling the airline (Singapore Airlines), we were told that the tickets were not booked. On Oct 2, we went to the address mentioned on Sulekha.com. There was no such shop in that area. We tried contacting the person after that, but there has been no response.

                        We registered a complaint with Sulekha the very same day (Oct 2). The case number is 2563736. The customer care agent informed us that there was an existing complaint on Radisson travels. We spoke to Rifaaq Ahmed and Jignesh. We asked for help to track this fraud travel agent.

                        Please note that this travel agent is listed on Sulekha.com, and it is also claimed that it is verified by Sulekha.com. (Even today-16th Oct, 2019 this listing is not removed from Sulekha.com). If Sulekha had done proper background check on him, this fraud wouldn't have happened.

                        We have been on multiple calls after that, and spoke to the customer care executives of Sulekha. When we asked Rifaaq Ahmed to share Anil's ID/address proof with us, he said he would send passport details (first page only, as Sulekha.com does not even have the address page of the Passport), but he still hasn't. Today we spoke to another executive called Sharath. He doesn't seem to be helping us in any way. He also claims that Sulekha does not have his ID at all. The customer service executive mentioned that Sulekha.com has taken INR 500 and registered the agent on the website without any background verification. (You may listen to the recorded calls).

                        As an online portal who gave our details to the fraudster in spite of a complaint already registered against him, Sulekha.com has to track the person and help us get our money back. Alternately, Sulekha will have to refund our money since it was Sulekha's mistake that the agent got our details in the first place.

                        Such negligence on Sulekha is not acceptable. They list fraud travel agents on their site without even doing the necessary verification, for a meager sum of Rs. 500.

                            Sulekha people train girls and keep them calling customers again and again. Irritating them until they listen to them. Once we start listening to them, there starts the trap. Same thing happened to me. A person came to my home, he told that i have to pay rs 18000 plus taxes for 45 leads. I have paid the amount. He has given me the invoice for that. After taking the amount. Here starts the torture. They started providing fake leads, if i ask them about the quality of lead, they say we will look in to it. And they have provided 10 fake leads, and remaining 35 leads also fake they provided. But great thing is that they are not visible in the app nor in the mail for which they have charged me. And with in no time my entire amount got vanished.
                            Now if i call them, there is no response. And they even threaten.

                              I want to request the attention of sulekha.com supervisors, managers, vice president or president.

                              I think there is a big issue going in with your company. Below are the points

                              1) your telemarketing team has been calling me and pushing me to try your sulekha.com services with a full refund clause and assured that i will get better services than just dial and i wont regret.

                              2) i am already registered with just dial and was almost okay with their services, however no complaints from them, there process and customer service is just excellent.

                              3) your sales person came, pushed me to try the services and if i dont like it i can get the refund, he didnt mention your inr 200 monthly charge, and i bought the service.

                              4) he insisted me to send the documents, payment right away and the day he came i made the payment and documents. I asked him about the business categories, he said we can do changes, we can delete or upload later on which he said i will come to your office tomorrow to help you install application and guide you everything. I run a placement consultancy for international bpo and call center not a domestic bpo and i need those leads where in other business person knows that this consultancy is not free. He confirmed me everything with the yes!

                              5) within the same day i got verification call and i was told about my business categories, payment, all discussion on call is final despite of whatever sales agent has mentioned, it raised my brows, he then also told me that i have to pay 200 inr extra per month, which i told him that sales guy didnt mention that.

                              6) he then asked me to contact sales person, to seek the clarity, as the sales guy came on the phone, he was saying "sir wo apke payment mein include hai, apko alag se kuch nahin dena" what the crap, he played smartly on that clause. I let that matter go and accepted the deal.

                              7) verifier again confirmed all on which i asked about the refund, he then sd if you are not happy with the services i can seek refund.

                              8) somehow at nght or next day i got a lead from sulekha, i was blank as i wasnot expecting the leads until that sales guy come to my office and guide me and help me choose right categories.

                              9) i called him and asked, he sd sir aap customer service pe call karke band karwalo, i was literaly pissed off with this behaviour, then i requested him to do this as i dont have any clue about these and these are paid leads for which i am in panick, as i was not ready and also it was coming from wrong category, he assured it will be refunded or he will get it done

                              10) next day again, he didnt come, i waited and called

                              11) again he went missing i kept on waiting, i called the telecaller guy, he sd he will ensure he will come
                              12) next day again he didnt cme
                              13) full 1 week passed
                              14) again i started getting wrng sulekha leads, no idea how to stop it
                              15) called the sales guy, he sd sir office band ho gaya hai, mein bahar hun, aap khud he customer care pe call karke band karwali jiye
                              16) called customer care - some south indian people answered the call, accent was different, voice was on and off, clearly some phone issues were there at there end, i could sense it on many calls that i made later on, it caused lot of stress
                              17) again i called telecaller to ask what to do, as the guy is not coming, he assured your meeting is fixed sir today he will come.
                              18) i kept on waiting for that guy, that entire day went and in the end tele caller sd he will come tomorrow
                              19) i again called ashwani the sales guy, he then didnt answer my call and messaged me my daughter is ill. I thought its okay
                              20) again the next day no call, no reply to my text, no notification and now almost 11-12 days have passed.
                              21) i wrote email to [protected]@sulekha.com in regards to cancellation and refund on 27th august 2019, i got no reply from the email team then i wrote email to telecaller the same guy who has been following up with me from last 3-4 months [protected]@sulekha.net
                              22) now things changed, this guy kept on calling me and i asked him to reply me everything in the email, not on a phone call anymore.
                              23) today its 30th i called customer support[protected] to check the status of my cancellation and complete refund, these people gave me a touch time again, by saying that you will get a call in next 3 days as your complaint is registered today.
                              24) this is the only reason i am putting my complaint here on consumer complaints, to have something as a proof at my side, that how such a big companies, with 100's of manpower cant handle their employees or customers and we giving them money so that we can grow the business. Its a sheer waste of my precious time that i want to use for the benefit of my business, for the benefit of india to grow good business and quality business.

                              Shame on those employees who took company name and customer's for granted!

                              Please refund my 100% money, sulekha is not yet ready. Need to first finish your internal training, team development and customers response time and better phone line's.
